In Good Company was founded by Lindsay Faussone after years of serving, in essence, as an in-house consultant for several organizations throughout her career.  More on her background and intentions below.

A Bit from Lindsay

I believe that everyone has a unique genius, something they bring to the world. For me, the talent lies in taking on complex challenges, untangling them with perseverance to set a clear vision and plan, and then making change happen.  Over the last 20 years, this passion has led me to growth-oriented organizations where I consistently find ways to drive impact. I often start with a specific project and end up transforming larger, strategic initiatives that shape the future of the business.

At one company, I crafted a new product strategy that redefined the organization’s market position, leading to contracts worth several times more than the previous approach. In another, I led a 3-year strategic plan to expand the company’s addressable market, which resulted in 40% growth in client assets and ultimately contributed to the company’s acquisition for $275 million.

Each experience has only deepened my sense of purpose—not just in the success of the projects themselves, but also in watching organizations transform and thrive. I saw product offerings evolve, employees re-energized, and clients become enthusiastic advocates, reconnecting with the company in meaningful ways. This sense of fulfillment always fueled my drive to do more and serve at a deeper level.

Now, as the founder of In Good Company, I’m working independently with small and mid-sized organizations to unlock their potential and achieve their mission. I bring a strategic yet practical approach with a persistent focus on finding clarity amidst complexity. My approach is defined by conscious leadership and long-term, sustainable success rooted in both performance and purpose. How can I help you?
